Job Position: Booking Office Assistant

The candidate, reporting directly to the Function Manager, will be responsible for:

• Organizing and managing logistics for tours and experiences across various Skua Nature destinations.
• Handling reservations (online and offline) via email, phone, and booking engine.
• Creating quotes and estimates.
• Monitoring reservations and verifying revenue.
• Conducting reporting activities and post-activity budgeting.
• Managing hotel profiles on room sales platforms (B2C and B2B).
• Adding accommodation facilities through connections to various hotel channel managers.
• Uploading rates.
• Monitoring and verifying rate alignments.


Requirements for candidacy:

• Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in Hotel Booking Office, Tour Operator, or Travel Agency.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian, English, Spanish, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge and ability to manage major online booking sites and key computer tools: office suite, management software, booking engine, channel manager, and major mailing software.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with the hotel industry and REGIONDO online booking software.

Location: Milan with potential travel to Skua offices in Italy and Europe.
