Skua Nature is founded
A famous saying by a great conservationist reads:
“Conservation without money is just conversation.”
For us, it was like a call, a warning that prompted us to put an idea into action.
A new concept of wildlife tourism
At Skua, we believe in the extraordinary value of nature, and our challenge has always been to give it economic value.
Among the countless networks of protected areas managed by institutions and associations around the world, none like Skua has managed to create in a short time a common denominator capable of linking and bringing together areas of great diversity and importance in terms of strategy and management.
Skua has fostered, nurtured and realized the dream to see conservation organizations, public institutions, landowners, large protected areas, and local businesses working together to create a new concept of wildlife tourism.

Planning, development andmanagement of nature reserves
Through the management of several nature reserves, we design, develop, and start activities dedicated to the conservation and study of biodiversity, with funding from wildlife tourism and hides, birdwatching and photographic excursions, in collaboration with public or private organizations around the world.
Skua has thus proved that a deep knowledge of natural habitats, the study of and respect for wildlife, and the adoption of measures to increase and promote feeding, resting, and breeding areas, trigger positive and immediate results for the rarest animals as well as for the more common and native fauna.
“Nature as inspiration, business model, holistic approach, opportunity.”
Naturalisticengineering and conservation actions
Skua has developed and implemented numerous naturalistic engineering interventions in several countries around the world, such as the creation of hides (for observing and photographing nature) designed and built based on the specific characteristics of each area.
We have expanded the spectrum of possibilities by laying the foundation for the continued growth of sustainable relationships between nature and human activities. We have also developed a business model capable of enhancing each area and providing the necessary resources to transform them into a protected and self-sufficient microcosm.
Building on strong foundations
Promoting and improving sustainable economic activities is crucial. We work from the ground up:,we motivate new generations, ease the connection with nature and biodiversity, and promote knowledge and awareness.
We believe that this is not only a moral obligation but also an indispensable tool for gaining the consensus, support, and strength of future generations.
We believe that connecting young people with nature is an investment that can help shape citizens, responsible consumers, and conscious people capable of deciding the fate of their planet and the new business models of the future.

Skua Masterclass: training as a tool
Skua Masterclass is our international academy that invests in and nurtures the education of children and adults through courses on approaching and discovering nature, environmental conservation, nature photography and anthropology.
We offer new tools, motivations ecological perspectives, and a sense of responsibility. Through its educational projects, Skua aims to consolidate the continuity of its activities over generations, responding to an ethical and moral value that the company considers indispensable in all its missions..
Global project
Our network of activities represents a global project that, thanks to technical skills, alternative business approaches, knowledge, passion, and a motivated team, can create and restore natural areas for sustainable wildlife tourism, with a positive impact on the economy and the implementation of conservation actions.
